Downtown Hollywood’s Art Walk is right around the corner (Saturday, July 16th) and with it comes cool on every corner! Living Statue Daniela Viotti holds down the fort at Anniversary Park (20th & Hollywood Blvd), Margarita Krein and her violin take a spin at the Doris White Gallery (120 S. 20th Ave). At Atelier 3 (1901 Harrison) it’s Ben “Thumper” Stocker and the Dillard Alumni Jazz Combo with an art exhibit by Cindy Podgorski and Larry Joe Miller. The Cuenca Cigar Lounge (1928 Harrison) features Eddy Oriente Balzola and his flair for Cuban & World Music, Cinema Paradiso always provides a surprise (2008 Hollywood Blvd.) and of course TOEast of the Town Daniel Pontet and Drum-meister Jeff Lee do their Impulse Art thing at 2020 Harrison. And let us not forget Arts Park at Young Circle where the studio’s of Larry Joe Miller and Brenna Baker (Hollywood Hot Glass) abound with interactive activities. This is an evening that cost nothing and provides so much–BSCENE!!!
