$25,000 in Renovation Grants Available to Hollywood Businesses

Hollywood businesses interested in outside property renovations may be eligible to receive up to $25,000 in funding.

The grants are an incentive for owners to improve properties alongside vital commercial corridors in Hollywood. Eligibility is restricted to privately-owned commercial and industrial buildings. Awards amount to 50 percent of construction costs with a maximum limit of $25,000.

In addition to Hollywood Boulevard, from I-95 to 22^nd Avenue, the program now includes Federal Highway/US 1 from Sheridan Street to Pembroke Road, Dixie Highway from Sheridan Street to Pembroke Road, and Johnson Street from 72^nd Avenue to 55^th Avenue. Other areas now included are US 441 from North of Atlanta Street to Pembroke Road and Hollywood Boulevard from 72^nd Avenue to 22^nd Avenue.
