The City of Hollywood Department of Public Works Environmental and Solid Waste Services wants public input on whether or not your commingled collection needs are being met. There is a Commingled Waste Collection Survey now taking place.

The opinions of those who participate in the survey will be taken into consideration when the City decides service options that may be offered in the future as part of the commingled collection program. The survey is brief and takes less than five minutes.

“Customer satisfaction is very important to the Department of Public Works and this survey is a great way to gauge satisfaction with the service currently offered by Waste Pro USA. The goal is to learn if collections are meeting customer’s needs and to offer residents an opportunity to suggest enhancements,” said Joann Hussey, spokesperson for Hollywood.

For more information, search “Waste” for curbside trash, commingled materials and yard waste guidelines, collection schedules and maps, hazardous material drop off locations, recycling programs and more. If you have any questions or would like additional information, please contact Waste Pro at 954.967.4200 or Environmental Services at 954.967.4320.
