The Art and Culture Center/Hollywood has announced its slate of Board Members for the 2017-2018 Fiscal Year. Misty Weinger, CPA, CFF, CVA, will remain in her role of Board Chair. Weinger is a Partner/Shareholder at Kofsky Weinger, PA.
Three new members have been added to the board: Matthew Cerny, CPA, John S. Bush, CPA, PA; Mike Long, Area Director, SoTHERLY Hollywood; and Kevin Markow, Esq, Becker & Poliakoff.
The Executive Board members for 2017-2018 are:

Returning board members are Tim Curtin; Cate Farmer; Marianne Ferro; Virginia Fifield; Shelly Loos; Barbara A. Marks; Judy Polstra; Anna Smith; Jason Swineford, MD; Ed Walls; and Ben Wesley.
Returning Honorary Board members are Bonnie Barnett; Steven R. Becker, ESQ; Susan Best; Hon. Joseph S. Geller, Esq.; Neil Gold; Francie Bishop Good; Michael Goodman; Hon. Sue Gunzburger; David Horvitz; Carmen Hotchkiss; Jarett Levan; Susan Renneisen; Wilma B. Siegel MD; Drazia Simon; and Hon. Eleanor Sobel.
Matt Cerny is a certified public accountant and has worked for John S. Bush, CPA, PA since 2012. Matt’s experience includes financial accounting, general accounting/write-up services, litigation support, preparation and issuance of financial statements, preparation of budgets for cooperatives and condominiums. He also has provided pro-bono work for charitable organizations.
Mike Long has been in the hotel industry for over 30 years – 25 with Hilton Worldwide and the last seven years at the Crowne Plaza Hollywood Beach and the HYDE Resort and Residences. Mike is the past president of the Greater Hollywood Beach Chamber of Commerce and presently serves on both the Board and the Executive Committee. Mike is actively involved in a number of charity and fundraising events including Give Kids the World, ACS Relay for Live, ACS Birthday Ball, Grapes for Grades, the SoTHERLY Foundation and the Art and Culture Center/Hollywood.
Kevin Markow is a shareholder and a Florida Bar Board Certified Business Litigation attorney at Becker & Poliakoff. . Kevin does pro bono work and consulting for charitable organizations including the Make-A-Wish Foundation. He is active in the Jewish Federation and a member of the Macabi World Union.
