Chaminade-Madonna won the Class 3A regional final with a 65 to 57 win over Riviera Prep. Thaddius Franklin, who led the Lions to a state football championship and has committed to play on the University of Miami football team scored 22 points in the game.
The Lions have qualified to play in the Florida State Championship finals in Lakeland.
