Residents have started moving into downtown Hollywood’s newest 386-unit luxury apartment community CIRC Residences at Hollywood Circle. The master project is known as Hollywood Circle also includes a Publix Supermarket, 111-room CIRC Hotel and Olivia Restaurant & Bar operated by restaurateur Piero Filpi. RKW handles management and leasing for the apartments at CIRC Residences.

“We are incredibly excited to have residents move in and begin taking advantage of the one-of-a-kind amenities and lifestyle this development offers.  The elevated pool deck alone is more than one acre and offers spectacular ocean views,” said Marcie Williams, president of RIVERGATE KW RESIDENTIAL. “It is a pleasure to work with a pioneering developer like Gold Coast. CIRC Residences is undoubtedly a signature asset for our South Florida portfolio.”

CIRC Residences include one-, two-, and three-bedroom options with chef-inspired kitchens featuring stainless steel appliances.
