It approved a resolution to allow city leaders to execute a contract with Intercounty Engineering for construction services related to RAS Pump Station Number 1 replacement located at the Southern Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant in the amount of $3,991,828. It also issued an authorization to proceed for a work order with Hazen and Sawyer in an amount not to exceed $204,027
