Hollywood Commission approves large purchases

The Hollywood Commission approved some major purchases during a recent meeting.

It agreed to a resolution to allow city leaders to execute a software maintenance agreement with Superion for maintenance and support for of the Police Law Records Management System with an initial one year term and subsequent automatic annual renewals in an estimated amount of $600,000 over four years.

It agreed to a resolution to allow city leaders to execute a miscellaneous appropriations grant agreement with the Hollywood Art and Culture Center for the provision of cultural services through visual arts, performing arts and educational programing in the amount of $175,000.

It agreed to a resolution for an agreement with the Hollywood Art and Culture Center for the purpose of coordinating and managing cultural arts programing services at Hollywood Cultural Programming Arts Center in the amount of $70,000.

It agreed to a resolution to allow for an authorization to proceed with a work order with Lighthouse Utility Consulting to provide professional services for a water and sewer reserve capacity charge study and a sewer expansion funding study in the amount of $154,462.
