Hollywood Hills Cross Country Qualifies for Regional Meet

The Hollywood Hills High School Cross Country team is enjoying some success. Both the girls and boys teams qualified for the regional meet. The girls team finished sixth, and the boys team finished fifth in a district meet.

The top boys runner for Hollywood Hills was Felipe Saurez, and the second top runner was Kelvin Cordova.

The top girls runner for Hollywood Hills was Jasmine Donestevez, and the second top runner was Antonella Ortiz.

John Cejka, the cross country coach, was proud of both teams. He said the team has improved, and that he believes it will do even better in coming years.
