Cooking and preparing meals is something that Alejandro Gomez has a real passion for. He is part of the Hollywood Hills Food Service program and is considering a career as a chef. “I like cooking and serving food to people,” Gomez said. “We’re learning about food preparation.”
Joe Jackson is also looking at a career in the restaurant industry. “I like cooking and working with food. I have learned a lot about preparing meals and I hope to learn more here,” Jackson said.
Recently, members of the Hollywood Hills Food Service program prepared a Thanksgiving feast for teachers and administrators at Hollywood Hills High School. The meal was excellent and the service was professional.
