The ArtsPark Amphitheater at Young Circle in Downtown Hollywood is about to receive a fresh coat of paint. The project is slated to take several weeks to complete. During the painting project there will be no Saturday evening ArtsPark Live! Concerts, however the Friday Night Movie will continue.

City Technical Crews will begin removing light fixtures, cables, clamps, and other audio/video equipment from the ArtsPark Amphitheater stage overhead light grid after the final performance of Shakespeare in the Park.

Blue Jean Painters, a commercial painting contractor, is scheduled to begin prepping the overhead beams, supports, and roof for primer on Wednesday, February 3rd. Prepping, priming, and painting is scheduled to take three weeks and should be complete by the end of February.
