Kelsey Haynes is a leading student at Hollywood Hill High School.
A young woman with a pleasant personality, she is the valedictorian of the Class of 2018 with a GPA of 5.3. Her goal is to become a neurosurgeon and intends to study neuroscience and mathematics in college.
She recently gave an inspirational speech at the Multicultural Show. “ I love numbers and studying algebra and calculus. I also like psychology because I enjoy studying the brain and I love learning.”
Haynes said she is a perfectionist and believes it is important for everyone to do the best job possible. The president of the Hollywood Hills National Honor Society, Haynes is actively involved with the robotics program.
Haynes has been accepted at the University of Florida, Florida State University, Florida Atlantic University and the University of Central Florida and would like at attend the University of Miami. With a bright future and many options, she is looking forward to college.
