My blog post compiled every single Linkedin statistic about Colombia that I could find on the web, just for you!
Don’t forget to tell me:” Welcome”.
Here are the Linkedin Users stats & usage statistics for Colombia:
Linkedin Usage Statistics for Colombia (How many users)
As of 2021, Colombia has 35.15 million Linkedin users and 19.5 percent of the population using LinkedIn. This is a significant increase from the last year, showing that LinkedIn is becoming more and more popular in Colombia. Also, according to dunnhumby, LinkedIn has nine million users in Colombia, making it one of the most popular social networks in the country. In addition, statistics have shown that LinkedIn is used more often than other social networks such as Twitter and Skype.
In my opinion, when I compared the number of active Linkedin users compared to Colombia’s population, that is a huge percentage! From what I saw during my research, it’s way higher than in the USA.
Popularity of Linkedin in Colombia (Linkedin Stats Colombia)
In Colombia, LinkedIn has become a popular and widely used social media platform. According to data from Meta, it has over 35 million users, which is more than YouTube’s 29.9 million users. With internet users having grown by 192 million (4.0%), Colombians are also a part of this trend and the average internet user in the region is on LinkedIn.=
This is further corroborated by Italtel Colombia, which was named a #CX Specialized Partner by Cisco in Dec 2565 BE. This award is a testament to the popularity of LinkedIn and its usage among Colombians in Latin America.
I spent time living in Medellin last year, and I noticed while living there that literally 100% of people looking for jobs and careers used Linkedin to do their research. In Canada where I was born, it’s not so high-tech, and most people go in person or still use the phone to this date as a great source and integration for Linkedin users to access Twitter on this date in Latin America.
Instagram vs. Linkedin in Colombia
As a Colombian, it’s interesting to compare the usage of Instagram and LinkedIn in our country. Instagram is the most popular social media platform with the most usage in Colombia with 35.15 million users. On the other hand, LinkedIn has nine million users in Colombia, which is significantly lower than Instagram. In terms of ad reach, Instagram’s ad reach in Colombia was equivalent to 35.6 percent of the total population at the start of the year.
On the other hand, LinkedIn’s monthly advertising audience reach figures are based on total registered members, not monthly active users. This data shows us that Instagram is much more popular than LinkedIn in Colombia. Despite this, LinkedIn may still be an effective platform for certain types of businesses and organizations looking to reach their target audiences in Colombia.
I started to consider using Linkedin when I started my own business 2 years ago, as I realized that the only way for me to hire good employees is to find their Linkedin profiles and steal them from other companies!
LinkedIn Data Usage in Colombia & Linkedin stats
In Colombia, LinkedIn is a popular platform for job seekers, with over 10 million users. It’s also used to share content and stay connected with others. The company’s advertising reach figures are impressive, with 19.5 percent of the population using the platform. But LinkedIn isn’t just used in Colombia to search for jobs. It’s also used to measure results and tailor content on websites.
I’m not going to explain to you how Linkedin is GDPR compliant and that they don’t use or sell your data to anyone else, because that would probably make you leave this page and even for me, it’s the most boring topic ever! Let’s move on to the next paragraph.
How to Control LinkedIn Advertising Settings
One way to control your LinkedIn advertising is by using the Conversion API. This allows advertisers to integrate their first-party data with the platform, making it easier to measure the success of their campaigns. Additionally, LinkedIn provides monthly audience reach figures which are based on total registered members and not monthly active users. This means that businesses can track how many potential customers they have access to over a given period of time and tailor their campaigns accordingly.
These were all the Linkedin stats that I could find online. If you found more, please let me know and I will ask my developer to add them on this page. Thanks!
