Buy a cup, save a pup!
It’s easy, and fun, if you join in at MIY Ceramics Studio on October 27 for the second annual Cups for Pups fundraising event to benefit the Everglades Angels Dog Rescue.
For a donation of $35, attendees will be able to choose from a large selection of handmade ceramic cups or mugs as well as enjoy a brunch featuring Chef Tony’s award-winning waffles and artisan fresh brewed coffee from Kay Rico coffee shop. There will be raffles, music, demonstrations from potters using various techniques such as wheel throwing and sculpture.
The stars of the event, however, will be the rescued dogs and Everglades Angles Dog Rescue organization.
“We are aiming to double what we raised last year for the Everglades Angels Dog Rescue organization,” said Event Director Francis Sabag, of MIY Ceramics.
