Hollywood Beach parking guide

Residents and visitors to Hollywood Beach can find a relatively inexpensive place to park in municipal parking areas when available.

Hollywood Beach extends from Dania Beach Boulevard to Hallandale Beach Boulevard along A1A. Within that area, the City has parking management and enforcement over 1,038 on-street and 935 off-street spaces.

The on-street meters are $1.50 per hour Monday through Thursday and $2 per hour Friday through Sunday.    Pay By Phone service is available for cashless convenience. There is a $0.25 convenience fee for each transaction.  You can sign up for a free account by phone at 1.877.727.5714 or www.parkmobile.com and have the option of extending your parking session from anywhere, subject to meter time limits.

At the City-owned Garfield Garage at Connecticut Street parking is $1.50 per hour with a 24-hour parking maximum of $15. The event rate is $20 maximum and a monthly rate of $165.

This modern garage has a prominent display of spaces available in real time and includes charging stations for electric vehicles. You can even see spaces available from your computer or smart phone before you leave the house http://www.hollywoodfl.org/index.aspx?NID=96.   Most of the spaces are filled by 10 a.m. on weekdays and faster on the weekends.
