So I’m hunkered down at the 92 and a couple stroll in and we get to chatting and it’s their 29th Wedding Anniversary and they always include a road trip to celebrate.
Charlotte and Kevin aka “Cougar and the Kid” have selected the hip hamlet of Hollywood this time around. Why? Because they are Jimmy Buffett fans—yep, Parrotheads, and with opening of Margaritaville they selected our shores for their annual romantic escapade!
Of course, as logic would dictate, anyone staying at a Hollywood Beach resort just might mosey West to Downtown–and that’s just what they did. Both Charlotte and Kevin raved about the quaint quality of Hollywood Blvd and our varied shops and storefronts.
Kevin and Charlotte brightened my day and were cool enough to share a wedding day photo (taken in a limo in Manhattan—where they were married twenty-nine years ago)…
