The South Broward High School boys’ soccer team defeated St. Thomas team 2-0 to win the Class 6A regional semi-final game last Saturday evening.
South Broward’s Brian Corion scored the first goal on a long kick from about 35 yards. Mark Kurtevski scored the second goal on a head ball from a corner kick by Daniel Popa.
The Bulldogs have a 16-4-2 record. Their next game is against Doral Academy.
